Team Beachbody Top Coach Tip- Personal Development

I strive to spend at least 20-30 minutes per day on my own personal development. That happens in the form of audio, books and youtube videos. Investing in your own personal development is key to you becoming a successful team beachbody coach. The more you improve your own self the better you can serve others. Here are a list of some of my favorite books from authors like Chalene Johnson, John C Maxwell, and Darren Hardy. Check out my must read list!!One of the easiest and most productive ways to boost a lagging sense of self-worth is to increase your speed as you walk. It sounds simple, but people with confidence walk with purpose and others notice it. You will create a stronger first impression, appear more confident and get from point A to point B much faster. Power naps can be a very effective way to help you maintain your body and mind. If you have a few minutes during the day, don't hesitate to take 15 minutes and nap. You will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to continue completing your work for the day ahead of you.

So as you can see, personal development is not anywhere near as complicated as it appears. You need to do research (not least upon your inner self) and then you need to work based on your findings. The effort is worth it in the end. With the above tips in mind, you should be smarter when it comes to developing as a person.
